Are you interested in purchasing an individual health insurance plan? I will answer any questions you have about UH1 plans and can compare them to other top providers of individual plans. Because of the new Health Care Reform Law many large health insurance agencies have directed their call center agents to direct customers to the online application and will not spend the time to answer questions. More or less they will tell you to figure it out for yourself. I will give you personalized one on one service while providing expert advise about UH1 plans and guaranteeing the lowest rates on all of their plans.

UnitedHealthOne offers both HSA (Health Savings Account) and Copay Plans for individuals and families. Below is a summary for each of the types of plans. Each plan offers many choices for deductibles and customized to fit your specific needs.
Plans Offered: The first two plans listed (Copay Select, HSA 100) are the plans I recommend. I feel they offer the best comprehensive coverage for the price.
Copay Select: This is one of the most popular individual copay plans in the market today. The plan offers unlimited office visits with a copay. You also get copay prescription benefits for as little at $15 for a 30 day supply. If you are in the market for individual health insurance and want a plan that offers doctor’s office visits and prescription benefits with a copay, this plan is usually your best bet.
HSA 100®: This plan is one of the most flexible plans in the market. The HSA 100® may be ideal for individuals and large families alike, giving you 100% coverage for covered expenses once you meet a calendar year deductible that you select to fit your needs. In addition, you have the ability to open a Health Savings Account that allows additional tax advantages when using your account to pay for qualified medical expenses. Adult and child preventive care included. One calendar year deductible for families, meet the deductible and we pay covered health expenses for the rest of the calendar year.
If the Copay Selet and HSA 100 do not fit your budget, UnitedHealthOne offers some lower priced plans that may fit your needs.
HSA 70: Do you want great coverage for a lower premium? If so, the HSA 70SM may be just the plan for you! This plan offers a lower premium than HSA 100® in exchange for 70/30 coinsurance. You also get the tax advantages of a Health Savings Account that you can use for any qualified medical expense not covered by the plan. Adult and child preventive care included. Coverage for Inpatient and Outpatient Medical Expenses: You pay 30% after you meet deductible. One family calendar year deductible.
Plan 100®: This is one of our most popular plans because it's our most simple to use and understand. This plan provides comprehensive coverage including, doctor visits, prescriptions, labs and hospitalization, to name a few, while giving you a choice of deductibles, so you can adjust your premium to fit your budget.
Even better, this plan gives you 100% coverage once you meet your deductible. That's right. Once you meet your deducible, the plan pays 100% of all covered expenses for the rest of the calendar year. No 80/20, no 70/30, just 100%.
Plan 80®: For many years now, this has been our most popular choice for the budget-conscious consumer. This high deductible plan combines comprehensive coverage with coinsurance, resulting in a lower premium, making it a popular choice among students, recent graduates, the unemployed, or anyone on a tight budget. In-network doctor office visits, preventive care, and Rx drugs: You pay 20% after calendar year deductible. No referral needed to see a specialist. Coverage for Inpatient and Outpatient Medical Expenses: You pay 20% after you meet calendar year deductible.
Saver 80: This plan is a great safety net, designed to cover the big ticket items such as hospitalization, surgery, emergency room and expensive diagnostic tests like MRIs and CT Scans. By having an insurance plan that covers larger expenses while you pay for smaller day to day expenses, you can save a lot of money in your monthly premium.
Discount Rx card included. Coverage for Inpatient and select Outpatient Medical Expenses:You pay 20% after you meet calendar year deductible.
